Miss Ellie-May Pageant (13-19 years of age)
The 1st Annual Miss Ellie-May Pageant will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Memorial Park in Rockwood. The pageant will begin at 1:00pm. Dress like Ellie May. (Examples are: Dress, Straw Hats, Overalls, Blue Jeans, Shorts, Bandanas, etc) All participants MUST be clothed). Participants judged on originality, personality, and 1950’s costume interpretation. The winner will receive these prizes: Fox Fen Manicure, Redken Stylist Trial Kit, OPI Lotion Gift Set, Beauti Control Products, Goody Bag, photo, a McDonald's Extra Value Meal, 1st Place Medal, sash, $25 cash prize, and a hand-pieced specialty Tiara.. Please complete the entry form (download the form) and return it with the entry fee of $5.00 before the deadline of Friday, March 18, 2011. DEADLINE IS Friday, March 18, 2010 for early entry. Lil’ Miss Daisy & Mr. Doodyville Pageant (5 – 12 years of age)
The 1st Annual Lil’ Miss Daisy & Mr. Doodyville Pageant will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Memorial Park in Rockwood. The pageant will begin at 12 noon. Dress your child as Lil’ Miss Daisy or Mr. Doodyville. (Examples are: Dress, Bonnets, Overalls, Blue Jeans, Shorts, Bandanas, etc. All children MUST be clothed.) The pageant will be for both girls and boys.Girls and Boys will be judged separately. Participants judged on originality, personality, and 1950’s costume interpretation. Each winner will receive a Goody Bag, photo, $25 gift certificate, and monogrammed denim sash. Please complete the entry form below and return it with the entry fee of $5.00 before the deadline of Friday, April 9, 2010. DEADLINE IS Friday, March 18, 2011 for early entry. Itty Bitty Hillbilly Pageant (0-4 years)
The 1st Annual Itty Bitty Hillbilly Pageant will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Memorial Park
in Rockwood. The pageant will begin at 10:30am. Dress your child as an Itty Bitty Hillbilly. (Examples are: Dress, Bonnets, Overalls, Blue Jeans, Shorts, Bandanas, etc. All children MUST be clothed.) The pageant will be for both girls and boys and will be judged separately. Participants judged on originality, personality, and 1950’s costume interpretation.The winner will receive a $25 gift certificate, monogrammed denim sash, Goody Bag, and photo. Ms. Belle & Hard Headed Hillbilly (male and female - 20 years old and up)
The 1st Annual Ms. Dixie Bell & Hard Headed Hillbilly Pageant will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Memorial Park in Rockwood. The pageant will begin at 2:00 p.m. Dress as a Southern Belle or Hard Headed Hillbilly. (Examples are: Dress, Bonnets, Overalls, Blue Jeans, Bandanas, etc.) The pageant will be divided into 2 categories Ladies and Men. Participants judged on originality, personality, and 1950’s costume interpretation. The Miss Dixie Bell winner will receive Beauti Control Products, a bird feeder, candles, CD, a gift certificate for a free gas grille refill, a Goody Bag, and a photo. The Hard Headed Hillbilly winner will receive a bird feeder, a gift certificate for a free gas grille refill, a Goody Bag, and a photo.
